Okay can I just say that I ABHOR THE MALAYSIAN CENSORSHIP BOARD???!??!!?!!!!??!?!?!!!?!!! I know it is all very holy and wise to censor the dirty bits out of a totally sleazy movie or TV series but TELL ME, is that any reason to TOTALLY DELETE EVERY SINGLE SCENE OF KEVIN AND SCOTTY EVEN ONLY BEING IN THE SAME ROOM TALKING just because they are a couple?????

Seriously, I am going to pass out. But before I do that let me finish first.

Kevin and Scotty are a GAY couple (oh gosh BIG DEAL - you can't see it but I am ROLLING MY EYES 360 degrees around, tangling up all my suspensory ligaments and nerves - okay exaggeration) in this series called Brothers & Sisters which is the most awesome TV series ever made in history and it airs in Star World every weekday at 4pm.

And so, the stupid Malaysian Censorship Board LITERALLY CANCELS out the parts that show Kevin and Scotty being in the same room, even ONLY having TOTALLY NORMAL UNROMANTIC CONVERSATIONS! I can understand if they censor the kissing scenes and okay fine even HUGGING scenes as well (I don't agree with this, but I can still tolerate) but to delete WHOLE convo scenes which have NOT even an OUNCE of ROMANCE in it? That is just SICK.

There is this part where Kevin has a phone call from Scotty and he is supposed to have answered it with "Hey, Sweetie," (as I have watched before-hand in YOUTUBE - thank GOD for Youtube) but when I watched it on Star World today, get this, the whole conversation DIDN'T EVEN EXIST! You tell me, can you really blame me for getting so mad??? WORSE: There is one part where Kevin is supposed to announce his engagement with Scotty (which is PERFECTLY FINE) to everybody but on Star World they DELETED the WHOLE SCENE and left loopholes all over the place because all of a sudden there is this engagement party no one knew whom for! I ask you, is this RIDICULOUS or what???

And as a STRIKE towards the Malaysian Censorship Board (MCB), I am URGING all of you to PLEASE go to Youtube and watch whatever shit you guys want to watch that has been censored in Malaysian TV. (as if all of you aren't doing exactly that already, yes I know you know what I mean) That'll show them. But please don't get yourself influenced by any negativity, that is all I have to say. Because I believe watching is no sin, but actions are unforgivable. If you know what I mean.

I am not trying to contaminate the young minds of Malaysia's future generation. I am just trying to show the G that they canNOT stifle the voice of us youths, or even MALAYSIANS in general by feeding us with whatever they THINK is appropriate and cancelling out everything else that may benefit us someway.

I am not saying Kevin and Scotty are going to benefit us all immensely, but think about it. Acceptance of the diversity of the human race, FROM OVERSEAS and EMBRACING their DIFFERENCE while GUARDING/learning to GUARD from being influenced by the negativity of it, isn't that a FORM of MATURITY? Isn't that what we should instill in our young Malaysian minds? OPEN-MINDEDNESS AND MATURITY AND LUST CONTROL???

Gosh. I am so mad. I know alright that homosexuality is a BIG SIN in a lot of religions, if not all, but is that really any reason to CANCEL out ALL (UNROMANTIC) PARTS which showcase Kevin and Scotty and leaving all these loopholes??? If this was such a big problem, might as well NOT air that series in the first place right???

I believe displaying sex scenes and kiss scenes and sexy revealing outfits and boobs and butt and violence and foul words are all WORSE influence than a SIMPLE NON-ROMANTIC CONVERSATION between two gay men.
